YUZU COLLINS
A refreshing and zingy Japanese spin on the classic Tom Collins (kimonos optional)
INGREDIENTS:
50ml gin
20ml yuzu juice
12.5ml rich simple syrup
Top with soda water
Garnish - lemon twist
METHOD:
Pour gin, yuzu juice and simple syrup into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass that is filled with ice. Top with soda water and stir. Garnish with a lemon twist.yu
