SPICY BLOODY MARY
A mouth-watering savoury delight - perfect with brunch or as "hair of the dog".
20ml lemon juice
6 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
2 dashes Tabasco Sauce
1 teaspoon of horse radish
1 tablespoon of dill pickle brine
Top with tomato juice
celery stick garnish
slice of lemon garnish
Rim a highball glass with celery salt by wetting rim with lemon juice and rolling outer edge in dish of celery salt. Half fill glass with ice and pour in vodka, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and pickle brine. Stir in a teaspoonful of horseradish, mixing well into the drink. Top with tomato juice. Grate fresh pepper on top along with a light sprinkle of celery salt. Garnish with a stick of celery and slice of lemon
My hangover cure. Is equally delicious as a Virgin Mary (no vodka) or as a Red Snapper (swap gin instead of vodka).
