PINK NEGRONI
A lighter and fruiter take on the classic negroni - you'll be tickled pink (like the drink!)
INGREDIENTS:
25ml pink gin
25ml rose vermouth (Belthazar Rose Vermouth)
25ml Campari
Squeeze of blood orange
2 drops of rhubarb bitters (Fee Brothers)
METHOD:
Pour ingredients into a rocks glass filled with ice (an ice sphere would be fabulous if you have one). Stir well and garnish with an orange peel twist.*
* i used a mini metal cookie cutter to cut the peel into a little heart, as I pre-batched these for Valentine's Day.
