MINCE PIE MARTINI: HOW-TO VIDEO
Swap your baking for shaking this Christmas, with a Mince Pie Martini.
50ml Dark Rum
12.5ml of Mince Pie Syrup
50ml Pressed Apple Juice
Optional garnish - double cream and sprinkle of cinnamon
Pour dark rum, mince pie syrup and apple juice into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a martini glass.
Using a back of a spoon, float double cream on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
